Simple steps to help our team and keep your driveway accessible.

- Leave at least 6 feet between the street and your vehicle or temporary shelter.
- Equipment needs 12 feet of overhead clearance. Trim branches that obstruct access.
- Place bins beside the driveway, outside the snow clearing areas.
- Clear your driveway by 8 a.m. and remove objects, sleds and extension cords.
- Shovel steps and the area in front of the garage before 8 a.m. to help us collect the snow during our visit.
Keep your driveway free of ice as well. Check your contract for your service terms.
